I first found the pomegranate gluten-free bars as a local grocery store and bought them regularly. After they were discontinued, I headed to the internet and bought the gluten-free variety pack. They are wonderfully cakey, with just the right amount of fruit. I love all of them, including the raspberry. I'll definitely order again!

My family and I were so excited when we found Nature's Bakery Gluten Free Fig Bars in various fruit flavors about 6 months ago. We all have food allergies as well as other medical problems (e.g. high blood pressure). The original recipe was excellent. It had low sodium, no gum additives, lots of fruit, and it was tender. Then, Nature's Bakery changed the recipe and the package. Their "new" gluten free fig bars have gums, more sodium, less fruit and more carbs. They taste like cardboard and they are not as healthy as the original recipe. However, they are probably cheaper to make.

The gluten free raspberry fig bars are a yummy snack. The flavors of the fruit are well balanced. You can really taste both the fig and the strawberry. I think they must be doing pretty well with avoiding cross-contamination because I'm quite sensitive to gluten and I haven't had any reactions so far.
